Statewide National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI)

The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from entities (Bidders) interested in being shortlisted (selected candidates from which a final choice is made) to bid and engage with VTrans in the design, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure along Vermont’s Alternative Fuel Corridors (AFCs). The goal of which is to create a reliable, convenient network of fast EV charging stations for drivers nationwide to help speed up the adoption of electric vehicles and increase equitable access to infrastructure and economic opportunity.
