Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Lane County Navigation Center - Early Demolition Package will be received by Colin McCarthy, Capital Projects, at the
Finance Office, on the Ground Floor Level of the Lane County Public Service Building, 125 East 8th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401, until The Bid Closing Time of 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. The Bid Opening time will be immediately after the deadline for submission of bids. Bids will be opened in the Bob Straub Room at the above location

The Project consists of the general construction services for the selective interior demolition of an 18,000 square foot building to become the Lane County Low-Barrier Shelter and Navigation Center, including selective mechanical, electrical, and plumbing demolition.
