Notice of Intent to Make a Sole Source Award.This is not a Request for Quote / Proposals.In accordance with FAR Part 5, the purpose of this notice is to advise industry that Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is contemplating solicitation and award of a sole source action to INTERFUZE Corporation for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment sets for Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF)between January 2023 and October 2023.The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Sensors (JPEO-CBRND) has a requirement for Contractor Logistics Support(CLS) services for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment sets for Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) at multiple locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). The potential Period of Performance (PoP) is 13 January 2023 through 31 October 2023. INTERFUZE Corporation currently provides these services under Task Order W911SR-19-F-0039, which expires 12 January 2023. After completion of market research the Contracting Officer has determined that a short-term sole source extension is appropriate in order to avoid a break in service, which would be likely to occur if this requirement were to be solicited under full and open
