Real Estate Brokerage Services

The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services ("DAS PS"), on behalf of the State's Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management, Real Estate Services Section ("DAS RES"), awards this Agreement to Agree ("PA"), under which DAS RES may award Service Orders to obtain Real Estate Brokerage Services for the following categories: Office Industrial Institutional A detailed description of Real Estate Brokerage Services is included in the Scope of Brokerage Services attached as Exhibit 1. DAS RES has entered into identical Master Services Agreements with the other successful RFP proposers, any of whom may be awarded Service Orders for the Real Estate Categories indicated on their respective Master Services Agreements. Other Master Services Agreements and the related awarded categories are as follows: 9399 - CBRE, Inc. 9 (Office, Industrial, Institutional and Rural) 9403 - La Manna Company, LLC
