rel="no-follow" href="mailto:jwurtz@murrietaca.gov">jwurtz@murrietaca.gov Bids to James Wurtz Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services City of Murrieta (City), in Riverside County, California, is seeking electronic Proposals under this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified applicants to provide the turn-key Architectural design, engineering (including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), structural engineering, all required energy compliance forms, landscape architecture, for proposed facility improvements to an existing facility located at 26442 Beckman Court in the City of Murrieta California 92562, also known as the “Murrieta Innovation Center.” Responsible proposers shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, and all other services necessary to engineer, design, & consult on the proposed office renovations, including, but not limited to, the construction of a fully operational wet lab, dry lab, and a clean room for biomedical and technology research purpose in accordance with the scope of work provided herein. Other Details At the time of submittal of a response to this RFP, all responsible proposers and their consultants must hold the necessary certifications and licenses with the applicable State Licensing Boards and be in good standing under such licenses and able to perform the required work, and be a Registered Vendor with PlanetBids via the City of Murrieta Vendor Portal.
