Qualified Auditors and Retro Commissioning ProfessionalsESD12022Closing Date:06/30/2022 02:00:00 PM PTDetail: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assemble a list of qualified auditors and retro commissioning professionals (“Vendors”) to support large existing commercial and multifamily buildings’ efforts to comply with the Energy and Water Building Performance Ordinance (“BPO”) ( ATTACHMENT A - San Jose Municipal Code Chapter 17.85 – City of SanJoséEnergy and Water Building Performance Ordinance). As per the BPO, low performing buildings will be required to take actions to improve their energy and/or water efficiency and the City of San Jose (“City”) Environmental Services Department (“ESD”) intends to help identify qualified Vendors to perform those services. The City will refer individuals to the list of qualified auditors and retro commissioning professionals (“List”) who hold one or more of the certifications specified in the ordinance. To qualify for the List, Vendors will be required to submit the documentation required by the City, as noted in this Request for Interest (“RFI”).
