In accordance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of Fiber Optic Infrastructure Phase 4B Imperial Beach, CA. 2. The work shall include, but not limited to the following as shown on the Plans IB-2019-01 and described in the Specifications 2019-31 of the San Diego Unified Port District. a. The work will require installation of single mode fiber optic cabling of various strand types (12, 48, and 144 strand), utility trenching, use of existing underground conduit and bi-directional drilling for new fiber optic cabling conduit, potholing, asphalt paving repairs, concrete paving and sidewalk repairs, minor electrical and landscaping work, and installation of approximately 1,000 feet of City of Imperial Beach supplied 12 strand fiber optic cabling; approximately 13,500 feet of City of Imperial Beach supplied 48 strand fiber optic cabling; approximately 16,800 feet of District supplied 144 strand fiber optic cabling.
