provide an ‘automated digital postal platform’ new digital infrastructure that comprises of user-friendly website with all accompanying content and digital marketing requirements designed to cater for our key stakeholders, users and the general public needs, and satisfy them appropriately The websites should be designed to support the achievement of our Long-Term Plan objectives and our brand strategy; these objectives include but not limited to, improve data collection and analytics, customer relationship management, 24 hour availability, social media presence, digital workforce planning, availability of digital payments, improving on revenue and service delivery while providing integrated, comprehensive logistics services and administrative support services The Digital Transformation Program will: Deliver both Customer and Employee responsive websites designed to meet the requirements set out in the specification Identify and determine key digital opportunities available to Post Office Department to promote the ease of Postal Services Ensure the highest level of UX is achieved on all digital assets developed Gather and analyze detailed customer insights using the latest industry research techniques into online behavior Ensure that all digital content requirements are met to ensure an immersive and engaging user experience at all times with a high level of security Content Review, & Preparation: Comprehensive analysis of current website content; and The findings and outputs of any user research conducted User Interface Design & Testing: -, Develop wireframes for the websites, prior to any technical development of these sections Build & Support: Content Editor: At a basic level, the CMS will allow non-technical users to easily add content such as text, images, gallery / slideshows, forms, events, calendars and external content to the site Media Library: The media library will allow users to easily add, delete and categorize media individually or in bulk.
