Audio-Visual Services for the Lake Forest Performing Arts CenterThe City of Lake Forest seeks a contractor with technical expertise to operate the lighting and sound equipment during any production at the City's 200-seat Performing Arts Center.Services of the audio-visual contractor will be required for on-call, as-needed rental and programming uses of the Performing Arts Center ("PAC"). Project DescriptionThe City is seeking Audio-Visual Services for the Lake Forest Performing Arts Center.The services are expected to be completed within three (3) years from contract award. The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, with two (2) one-year extensions. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the City, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal option and shall re-procure the work.
