Communication Improvements at Traffic Signals The City of Boston (City), acting by and through its Deputy Chief of Streets for Transportation, who serves as the Boston Transportation Department (BTD) Commissioner, invites electronic bids for the service generally described above, and particularly as set forth in Bid Documents (Documents). These contracts are procured under the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the Massachusetts General Laws and are subject to the Prevailing Wage Rates.
