Specifically, to better understand how financial characteristics may connect to disparities in wealth retention as defined in the traditional sense of home ownership, financial security, and other wealth-building, etc. The city is particularly interested in learning about the obstacles and benefits that individuals and communities have faced, are facing, and may encounter more of in the future with an emphasis on minority community impacts.
