TGT-21-125Intent to Sole Source#SS-TGT-21-125Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to 375 HUD Parking LLC for thirteen (13) secure parking spaces near the TIGTA - HQ location in New York, NY from 10/01/2021 – 9/30/2023 inclusive of a base year and one 12-month option year.Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than August 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TIGTA the same Parking as provided by 375 Hud Parking LLC. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services.No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
