Scope of Work Description of the Services: Services include but are not limited to all labor, materials, rentals, fees, proper disposal of removed material off site and services for the installation of doors, installation of interior finishes such as floor tile, drywall, baseboard, stucco repairs, minor demolition work, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, interior wall framing, structural steel and reinforced concrete work, on an as needed basis. Other labor related work may include site clean-up, lifting/moving/relocating equipment, site excavation, and installation of concrete slabs/pads.
Qualification Requirements: The successful bidder shall have a non-residential office in either Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade County, currently have a valid State of Florida General Contractor’s license and shall have successfully completed at least five (5) Commercial or Governmental Minor Repair or Renovation Projects in the state of Florida within the last three (3) years. Pre-award inspection of the bidder’s facility may be made prior to award of the contract. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to insure that bids are received no later than the date and time specified above. Bids received after that time will not be considered.
