The Yukon Department of Education (YDE) is seeking a managed service provider to assist YDE to maintain YDE’s ServiceNow production and test tenants consisting of the ITSM module, provide ServiceNow consulting, provide a second level of ServiceNow support to YDE IT staff and ServiceNow bugfixes and enhancement services as needed.
