AeroLab Wind Tunnel Upgrade

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of AeroLab wind tunnel hardware and software upgrades from AeroLab as a sole source because the contractor is the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is upgrading an existing AeroLab wind tunnel and AeroLab is the sole manufacturer of the necessary hardware and software for the wind tunnel's operation. The current infrastructure is also integrated with AeroLab systems. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
