Guidelines Page 1 of 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF MARSHALL MARSHALL, MISSOURI PARALLEL TAXIWAY RECONSTRUCTION General Notice City of Marshall (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Marshall Memorial Municipal Airport Parallel Taxiway Reconstruction MoDOT# 24-018B-1 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Marshall located at 214 N Lafayette Ave, Marshall, MO 65340 until Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Schedule 1: Full depth reclamation of the existing parallel taxiway and connectors, excavation, subbase, base course, bituminous pavement, storm sewer, pavement markings, tie

down anchors, topsoil borrow, seeding, fertilizing and mulching. Schedule 2: Airfield electrical, taxiway edge lighting, lighted signs, vault work. Schedule 3: BIL Funded- Pavement removal, excavation, geotextile fabric, subbase, base course, bituminous and concrete pavement, tie down anchors. Schedule 4: BIL Funded- Excavation, geotextile fabric, subbase base course, bituminous pavement, topsoil, seeding, fertilizing and mulching. Work shall meet all requirements for federal funding, including but not limited to Buy America, Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage and a 5% DBE goal. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained at the following designated website: planroom.drexeltech.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a Bidding Documents holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a third-party plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with Addenda, lists of registered Bidding Documents holders, reports on the Site, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
