(Totten Simms Hubicki, 2007), and subsequent York Road Environmental Design Study (Amec Foster Wheeler, 2019). Further, this project will also review the feasibility of replacing aging existing infrastructure along Cassino Avenue and William Street and relocating them from private property to the municipal right of way (ROW).
