The Windsor Downtown Development Authority (Windsor DDA) seeks a qualified contractor to remove an approximately 4,560 SF metal warehouse/shop building and 784 SF metal office building and related work consisting of concrete slab, debris, misc. piping, and ground leveling of all disturbed areas as described in the Contract Documents. The address of the property is 512 Ash Street, located north of Ash Street between 5th and 6th Street in Downtown Windsor, Colorado (the “Property”). The entirety of the block is owned by the Windsor Downtown Development Authority. In addition, the abatement of asbestos-containing materials identified in the attached Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Report will be a part of this contract. The intent of the owner following demolition is to construct a temporary parking lot on the surface. Eventually, the Property could be redeveloped as a building site for additional commercial or mixed-use buildings. A site walk to view the buildings was offered on August 2, 2019. An additional site walk will be offered on May 22, 2020 at 10:00AM-12:00 Noon at 512 Ash Street by appointment only. Interested parties must email to schedule a time to view the property no later than Thursday May 21, 2020 at 5:00PM. Interested parties must have attended one of these is site walks in order for their proposals to be considered by the Windsor DDA.
