Park and Recreation Facilities SupervisorCity of Stevens Point, WIThe City of Stevens Point is seeking candidates for this full-time position.Employee is responsible for the complete operation, administration, maintenance and overall management of the K.B. Willett Ice Arena, outdoor swimming pool, Iverson Winter Sports area and Goerke community stadium. The Facilities and Programs Supervisor organizes and administers municipal recreation program offerings under the direction of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry at the K.B. Willett Arena, outdoor swimming pool, Iverson Winter Sports area and Goerke community stadium. Assists in coordinating city-wide special events.  Qualifications include:Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management, Public Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field. Two to three years’ work experience coupled with supervisory experience in Park and Recreation Programs or closely related area preferred.    Valid Aquatic Facility Operator Certification or Certified Pool Operator license, and Food Handler Servesafe Certificate required; or ability to obtain both within the first year of employment.      Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the State of Wisconsin and good driving record.Starting salary is $64,646.00.The deadline for application is 4:00 p.m., October 15, 2021.  For more information, and to apply, visit our website at stevenspoint.comand click on the Employment/Jobs
