Vendors are encouraged to download the updated RFQ documents from the APC. There is no action required from Vendors that have already submitted a Response Package to the RFQ.* The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to establish a pool of Pre-Qualified Vendors, who have Digital Learning and Teaching Resources (LTR) that they wish to have considered for licensing by Alberta Education. Under this RFQ, Pre-qualified Vendors will have the opportunity to submit their Digital LTR for consideration by Alberta Education through a Request for Resources (“RFR”) process. The types of Digital LTR that may be considered under this RFQ include but are not limited to: demonstration, game, simulation, support material, tool, graphic organizer, book, video, audio, guide and lesson plan. Alberta Education may license successful Digital LTR for the purpose of making the licensed Digital LTR available to Authorized Students and Authorized Teachers, for use in connection with the delivery or completion of an education program, through Alberta Education’s Curriculum Platform. NOTE: RFQ No. EDC-RFQ-22-08 replaces QUALIFICATION REQUEST (“PQR”) NUMBER: EDC-PQR-21-02, Category 1 - Existing LTR, therefore previously pre-qualified PQR Vendors who are interested in pre-qualifying under this RFQ are encouraged to do so prior to November 30, 2022, in order to avoid a break in their pre-qualification status.
