SALLY) Discovery Center, Interior Repairs (PMIS 315972) Housing Interior Repairs (PMIS 31371) Life Saving Station Interior Repairs (PMIS 313699) Firehouse (FL06) and Bookstore (FL09) Interior Restroom Renovation (PMIS 309762) MAGNITUDE: A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract to repair storm damage and restore FLOORS, WALLS AND CELINGS to six (6) facilities back to their pre-disaster conditions. Also, remodel interior of two (2) Men/Women Restrooms (comfort station). Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $2500,000. Park/Unit: Gulf Islands National Seashore/Fort Pickens Area Set-Aside: Local Area; only Small Businesses residing or primarily doing business in Northwest Florida Panhandle (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton and Bay counties) in the State of Florida are solicited.
