RFI- FirefighterProtective Clothing

The City of Georgetown is seeking a vendor to provide fifty-six (56) sets of Protective Clothing for Structural Firefighting, including both coats and pants. Bid amounts shall be stated as a cost PER UNIT/SET on the Bidder Response Form below. ADDENDA AND INTERPRETATIONS: No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the Public Purchase portal ( http://www.publicpurchase.com/ ). Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the Public Purchase portal for the specific project. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the contract documents. Any and all questions related to registration for and use of Public Purchase shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov
