The City of Upper Arlington is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to apply chemical root control in accordance with Ohio EPA regulations in the Upper Arlington sanitary sewer system. The Public Service Department has identified segments of sewer lines with excessive root growth. The successful contractor will be required to apply chemical treatment to a designated list of locations. The contractor shall be required to submit chemical product labels with your bid to be used in this contract. If required, the bidder may be required to provide the chemical manufacturer sales representative information to obtain more details about the intended chemical use for this project.
