Assistant Village AttorneyVillage of Menomonee Falls, WIThe Village of Menomonee Falls is seeking to hire an Assistant Village Attorney with experience in labor and employment law issues.The Village is a municipal corporation located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. It is part of the Greater Milwaukee area and is the most populous village in the State of Wisconsin with approximately 39,000 residents. The Village employs approximately 235 full-time employees across multiple departments to provide comprehensive municipal services. It offers a collaborative work environment with an opportunity to contribute to the surrounding community on a daily basis.The Assistant Village Attorney will be expected to:Work under the direct supervision of the Village AttorneyProvide legal guidance to the the Village’s HR Coordinator regarding all labor and employment law issues. This includes the mediation of employee relations, employment policies, compliance with state and federal labor regulations,
