The Iowa Department of Agriculture (IDALS) is seeking quotes for the WIC and Seniors Farmers Market check programs. These programs are Congressionally-authorized and designed to provide coupons to WIC clients and low-income seniors that they may exchange for eligible foods at farmers markets, roadside stands, and community supported agriculture programs. Eligible foods are fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
