Project Description:The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the selection of a General Contractor on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). The General Contractor will be responsible for providing the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for installation of Micro Oxygen tanks at the UMC East Emergency and UMC Northeast Emergency Departments.

Reference Exhibits B1 and B2 for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror’s Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
