Architectural Works: Replacement of existing roofing system, replacement of damaged existing brick cladding and mortar repointing, replacement of existing door and window assemblies, new steel staircase from ground floor to lower level

and pump cross over platforms equipped with ladders. Building Mechanical Works: Upgrades to the ventilation, dehumidification, and plumbing systems. Process Mechanical Works: Implementation of three constant speed booster pumps, individual pump effluent flow metering, new main pump discharge header, miscellaneous piping, and valve works. Electrical Works: New outdoor 4.16 kV-600V 3 phase pole mount transformers, new 600V distribution panel with manual transfer switches, accommodation for a portable generator connection, new pump soft starters, new 120/208V distribution panel. Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Works: New PLC control panel complete with networking equipment, Ethernet/IP-based monitoring and control of new pump soft starters and electrically actuated process valves, new field instrumentation (hydrostatic level transmitter, discharge pressure transmitter, room temperature transmitter, suction and pressure gauges and switches). Rewiring of existing instrumentation and I/O to new station PLC, new 24 VDC Backup Power Systems for critical equipment, instrumentation, and networking equipment, installed within the PLC control panel and the Pump Soft Starter control panels. 95 calendar weeks to completion have been allotted to this project.
