Request for Proposal for Website Development, Design, Implementation and Training Project Description :The Corporation Town of Renfrew is requesting proposals from qualified firms for complete overhaul and redesign of the Municipality’s website within the budget of $25,000. This will include research, redesign, development, content migration, user testing and public engagement, staff training and relaunch as well as an ongoing service agreement for technical support, updating and hosting. The purpose of the website is to inform, promote and provide e-government service delivery in an easy to use, intuitive manner but to also streamline municipal operations and lower repeat requests on staff for information through other communication avenues like email and phone. It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.
