With the issuance of this combined synopsis/solicitation, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for machinery and equipment maintenance and repair services for equipment located at 2902 Newmark Drive, Champaign, Illinois 61822. The requirement is for corrective and preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, report preparation and other services for machinery and equipment which is divided into four categories: Crane Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Generator Maintenance, and Fire Pump Maintenance. This is detailed in the attached Requirements Documents. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.The solicitation number W9132T22R0006 is reserved for Total Small Business and is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and
Industry Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The current size standard for this NAICS code is $8M.Please reference the attached RFP for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. Award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated total price for all line items of the proposal schedule.
