The protest procedure shall be governed by Florida Statutes §120.57(3) and may require the payment of a Protest Bond IAW §28-110-005, F.S. Any person who is adversely affected by the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind’s decision concerning a procurement solicitation or contract award and who wants to protest such decision shall file a protest in compliance with §120.57(3), FS.
