Please provide K-12 education discounted pricing for Canyons School District.  All items must be F.O.B. Destination Pre-Paid and Allowed.  The District reserves the right to award by line item or by grand total.  Item may or may not be purchased according to district budget.  This purchase is subject to Canyons School District Terms & Conditions (attached). Avalibiltiy and delivery ETA may play role in awarding this bid. 

A SAMPLE AND SPEC SHEET MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE ORDER IS PLACED.  
Added on Nov 2, 2020:The district will allow for multiple ship dates.  The order must be received in full before March 1st, 2021.  Freight must be built into the unit cost of the box of gloves once the contract is accepted. If the order is not able to fill complete then the bid price (including freight) must hold until the last shipment is received.  The district is able to pay on partial shipments once items are received. It is our hope that we will be able to receive and close this order in 1-4 delivery cycles from the awarded vendor(s). We prefer to receive large orders like this on standard freight pallets.  If order numbers need to be adjusted to accommodate that we are willing to make those adjustments. Once the product has been approved and accepted no substitutions will be allowed unless written authorization has been given.
