Solicitation Name : Third Party Vendors RFQ Solicitation ID : SRC0000007922 Summary : ROUND #3 – Is being opened to allow for the clarification of information provided by the AGO during the initial inquiry period. As indicated in the RFQ interested parties will have until Monday, February 6, 2023 to submit clarifying questions to the AGO for review and response. Clarifying responses will be posted to Ohio Buys on Thursday, February 9, 2023. ROUND #2 Is being issued to provide additional attachments (a 45-Day Notice Template and a Contractor Information Spreadsheet) to be considered as supporting documents to the RFQ. This round also serves to correct a date in the “Process” section on the General Solicitation Information page. It should be noted by interested parties that responses to inquiries will be posted to Ohio Buys on Thursday, February 2, 2023 as indicated within the RFQ. The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is pleased to release this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) to

solicit responses from parties interested in serving the AGO and the State of Ohio as a Collections Third Party Vendor. The work will include general collection work and some specialized collections. Process : Interested parties may make inquiries regarding this RFQ any time during the inquiry period listed in the Solicitation General Information. To submit an inquiry for this RFQ, you need to be registered in the Ohio Buys Supplier Portal. Interested parties are not required at this time to be registered in OAKS. Responses to inquiries will be posted to Ohio Buys on Monday, January 30, 2023.
