Nipawin Maintenance Outpost - New Building Construction Project Description :The building is required to be serviced with electricity, well water, fibre, SaskTel, septic, and gas. The site will also require a fire water storage tank and hydrants for site fire fighting. Other related site work will include installation of a solar field, secured gravel compound, staff and visitor parking and required servicing, site surfacing, exterior lighting, site access, landscaping and other work detailed in the Technical Specifications and the Drawings.
