Request for Quotation: Transportation (Car Rental) for USAID/EYO regional Office Dear Prospective Offeror The united states of Agency for International Development (USAID) invites your firm to participate in this competitive solicitation for pricing, delivery and terms of potential sale on transportation services to t its staff based in various regions of the country. The purpose of this request is to provide a viable and flexible car rental contract for Education and Youth Office (EYO) regional specialists and provide safe and corporate level transportation services to satisfy the travel needs of the regional staff. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached statement of work(SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Submission of question regarding this RFQ will be open until August 3, 2018 @5:PM local time.
