Work includes construction of a new community garden with raised garden beds, outdoor classroom, outdoor picnic area with pizza oven, installation of new playground equipment and surfacing material, constructing ADA accessible walkways, ramps and curbs, construction of the multi-purpose path and all project associated clearing, grubbing, grading, asphalt, concrete, drainage, fencing, signage and landscape work.
