The project consists of construction of new park facility including installation of playground equipment with rubberized safety surfacing, outdoor fitness equipment, shade structures, prefabricated restroom/office building, picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, park lighting, construction of AC pavement parking lot, construction of concrete and decomposed granite walkways, construction a detention basin, installation of pedestrian lights, installation of signage and striping, installation of an entry monument structure, installation of perimeter fence, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the Project. It is the intent of this contract to have the contractor perform the PRITCHARD FIELD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FY 2023 – 2024 IN THE CITY OF BELL, and other appurtenances in accordance with these SPECIFICATIONS and PLANS.
