Iowa Association of School Librarians Book Award Sets

The purpose of this RFP is to provide a comprehensive procurement program that will provide competitive pricing and high-quality products for the 2024-25 IASL Award Books as used by Members. Offer will be for all the books on the Iowa Goldfinch Award Book List, Iowa Children’s Choice Award Book List, Iowa Teen Award Book List, and Iowa High School Award Book List. This RFP is to establish firm pricing for the Iowa Association of School Librarians 2024-2025 Book Award Sets for AEA Purchasing Members to purchase. The bid response must be submitted via Public Purchase, see URL below. Any TSB that is interested in this bid opportunity must email the Issuing Officer to receive the bid documents prior to the release in Public Purchase on September 29, 2023. After 9/29/23, the documents must be accessed via Public Purchase and all responses must be submitted via Public Purchase. Vendors do not have to pay to respond to bid opportunities.
