The 628th Contracting Squadron is soliciting a 100% 8(a) set-aside for a Single Award Municipal Solid Waste Management Services.The contract will be a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements IDIQ contract that shall award individual task orders for annual services as well as individual projects.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform municipal solid waste (MSW) management at Joint Base Charleston, to include Air Base, Weapons Station, Old Charleston Naval Station, and Short Stay Recreation Facility Moncks Corner, SC. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.All contractors MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database or their proposal MAY NOT be considered for award. Offers are due no later than 3 June 2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The offeror is solely responsible to make sure their offers are received by the deadline. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (f) "Late submission, modifications, revisions and withdrawals of offers."A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted at the 628th Contracting Squadron (628 CONS) / JB Charleston, 101 E. Hill Blvd, building 503 (2nd floor, Conference Room #1) at 9:00 A.M. (EST) on Friday, 13 May 2022. Attendees are limited to 2 (two) personnel per firm. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this conference and are advised to contact the contract administrator, Brandy Stroud no later than 2:00 E.S.T, 9 May 2022 if they plan to attend. The pre-proposal conference is likely to last most of the day and may contain a lunch break. Contractors are advised to plan accordingly. Important: Plan for at least 60 minutes to sign in at the Dorchester Road Visitor’s Center to gain access to the base. Government issued ID’s are required, along with proof of vehicle insurance and registration. Additional documentation may be required for visitors not born in the United States.
