692M15-19-R-00005Environmental Remediation Support ServicesThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Environmental Remediation Support Services on the William J. Hughes Campus located at Atlantic City International Airport, Pomona, New Jersey. The objective of this procurement is to have a Contractor that has the personnel and corporate resources to perform the required operations and maintenance, remedial action construction and Geographic Information Systems/Global Positioning System (GIS/GPS) related tasks for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical WJHTC (WJHTC).  The WJHTC is listed on the Superfund National Priority List (NPL) and the majority of the work will be in Areas of Concern (AOCs) undergoing active remediation.This is an unrestricted “best value” competitive procurement.The NAICS code for this requirement is 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, and the size standard is 750 employees.The FAA plans to award one
(1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), hybrid fixed price (FP), and time and materials (T&M) contract with a ten (10) year period of performance. Interested parties responding to this solicitation are directed to the attached Screening Information Request (SIR), 692M15-19-R-00005 and the accompanying attachments. Any questions must be in writing in accordance Section L of the SIR.  ALL WRITTEN QUESTIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO LORI.MCLAUGHLIN@FAA.GOV, WITH A COPY TO KIMBERLY.A.KNIGHT@FAA.GOV.  The requirement to send to two Contracting Officers will remain in effect until further notice.The SOW Appendices are too large to be attached to this posting.  They will be provided to all Offerors that move to Phase II of the procurement.  Proposal due dates (for Phase I and Phase III) can be found in Section L of the SIR.Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at https://beta.sam.gov.  Therefore, it is each offeror’s responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.The FAA will not pay any costs associated with responding to or providing a submission under this posting.
