Employer Tender Number: 10101301 cidb Reference Number: 100092966 ROAD ACCIDENT FUND - HEAD OFFICE INVITES TENDERS FOR PLUMBING SERVICES AT RAF MENLYN OFFICES It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2SO or higher. Preferences are offered to tenderers who are an active and registered Grade 2SO or higher with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Only tenderers who have a valid copy of a letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner or authorized entity under section 30 (1) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, 1993 as amended (COIDA), to comply with the

Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, Act 130 of 1993 (COIDA). Service Provider must submit a valid copy of the letter of good standing for Building Construction or Building or Building Maintenance or Plumbing Services by the closing date and time of the RFQ. Note: The COIDA letter of good standing must not be older then twelve (12) months. The valid proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ. The service provider must provide a minimum of three (3) Reference Letters or Completion Letter showing experience where Plumbing Services were rendered with the following details: •The name of the company at which the Plumbing Services were rendered; •Contact Person; •Contact Numbers or Email Address; •The reference letter or completion letter should indicate that the service provider rendered Plumbing Services. Please note: The RAF will not accept a list of references letter or completion letters listed on a table other than signed reference letters or completion letters on a company letterhead from the client. The RAF reserves the right to validate all reference letters or completion letters submitted. The reference letter(s) or completion letters must be in the form of individual letter(s) from the respective clients. NB: If the reference letters or completion letters submitted do not include the information on the bullet points above will not be considered. The service provider must deploy a qualified individual who will render the Plumbing Services. Service Provider must submit proof for the qualified individual in a form of a Trade Test Certificate as a Plumber or a Diploma in Plumbing. The proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ. are eligible to submit tenders.
