USPSC - Fiscal Advisor

The Fiscal Advisor will help the DRG Center meet the Agency’s high demand for domesticrevenue mobilization (DRM) and public financial management (PFM) technical assistance byserving as a senior technical specialist and resource to the Agency; designing DRM and PFMactivities, projects, and tools; supporting the development of strategy and country-level plans,design, and evaluation of programs; participating in the development of related performanceindicators; conducting related assessments; integrating relevant best practices and lessons learnedinto cross-sectoral programming; delivering technical training; leading the development oftechnical materials related to DRM and PFM; providing strategic and technical support to theAgency’s regional Bureaus and field Missions; and providing leadership and strategic directionto economic governance staff to inform DRM and PFM learning agendas, work plans, andresource
