S201--Marion Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) Janitorial Services

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to answer questions regarding this solicitation. Question #1 Is a 1449 needed? Answer #1 A 1449 is not required with this solicitation, as it is not included in the required deliverables. Question #2 - In Section 1.4 (a) states that M-F - one shift 8:00AM - 4:30PM, and my question is, does this contract require janitorial supervisor/staff to be on-site from 8am-4:30PM? Answer #2 The contractor is required to be onsite between 0800AM 0430PM. Question #3 Can Site Visits be arranged? Answer #3 We are checking into the possibility of a site visit, however with the current VA guidance regarding the COVID 19 Delta Variant it seems unlikely that site visits will be allowed. If site visits are allowed, I will provide further guidance regarding dates, times, and POC s, in a separate solicitation amendment. All questions shall be submitted in writing to
