Distribution Transformer per the attached specifications. Sealed bids will be received no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, June 22, 2017, if date/time stamped on or before 2:00 p.m. at the office listed below. Any bid received after the date and hour specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. EACH BID AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION MUST BE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE OR CONTAINER PLAINLY LABELED IN THE LOWER LEFT-HAND CORNER: "ITB #7136-17-ELD, LP&L Crane and Hauling Services for Chalker Distribution Transformer" AND THE BID OPENING DATE AND TIME.
