Wapato Creek Culvert Alternatives Analysis The Port of Tacoma (Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing professional consulting services in engineering design (civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental), cost estimating, project management and permit support to develop an Alternatives Analysis Report for the Wapato Creek Culvert (WCC) in the Pierce County Terminal (PCT). The WCC is near the end of its service life. The Alternatives Analysis Report will identify repair/replacement concepts as well as associated costs, schedule and significant considerations and impacts to assist the Port in identifying a preferred path forward.
