July 7, 2021The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS convert the current Halogen Bulbs over to LED Bulbs at the USMAPS indoor athletic field at West Point, NY.The period of performance will be for 01 August – 30 August 2021 est.This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Federal Schedule Supply (FSS) Small Business concerns under NAICS code 335110 Electric Bulb Manufactures with a size standard of 1250 Employees and FSC/PSC of 6210.In addition:In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a GSA Contract Holder in accordance with the Solicitation Business Size identified in the GSA Solicitation, and under the appropriate NAICS code. FAR 8.002 Priorities for use of mandatory Government sources.(1) Supplies. (v) Wholesale supply sources, such as stock programs of the General Services Administration (GSA) (see 41 CFR 101-26.3), the Defense Logistics Agency (see 41 CFR 101-26.6), the Department of Veterans Affairs (see 41 CFR 101-26.704), and military inventory control points.Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of July 7th in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/ (Formally FBO).A site visit will be/has been made available, and attendance is NOT MANDATORY in order for an offeror to receive consideration.It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the https://www.gsaadvantage.gov/advantage/ws/main/start_page.provided as necessary for any posted changes.It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the GSA website as necessary for any posted
