Eligible bidders must obtain a bid package that contains bid forms and complete project specifications by contacting Bill Trufant at (207) 699-1982 or by email at trufant@cumberlandcounty.org. Bids will be due by 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 28, 2023 and will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. The Cumberland County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and, at their discretion, to waive all formalities.
