Software License Renewal for 3dMD Software

The Anthropology Team, Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC), Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to 3dMD LLC, for annual software licenses renewal for the 10 Hz Temporal 3dMDhead9.t System. The three software licenses are 3dMDperform™ software, Basic 3dMDvultus™ with HeadAnalysis Software (one perpetual license), and 3dMDtempusX™ Software (one perpetual license).3dMD LLC is the only known source that is capable of providing the required software for the 10 Hz Temporal 3dMDhead9.t System. Natick Division anticipates awarding this contract to 3dMD LLC 3200 Cobb Galleria PKWY #203, Atlanta, GA, 30339-5919, United States. This is not a request for quotes. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
