The system will provide its own propulsion and navigation. All sensors must be coordinated with onboard computers and all data streams logged as time-stamped, calibrated parameters. The system will maintain constant communication with a remote operator handset, be capable of manual control, be able to receive and implement survey parameter updates, and have basic obstacle avoidance capabilities. Finally, the system must be easily disassembled for transportation and assembled for operation at remote locations.See Attachment 1 for a complete list of specifications. The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information:• Contact Informationo Name of company, mailing address, and point of contact (POC)o Telephone number, fax number, address, and e-mail address of POCo Business size and number of employeeso If a small business identify if your firm if an 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSBo If your company is a GSA schedule contract holder AND if the items are available under the scheduleSubmission of Information:All information and data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be protected as such.
