Request for Proposal - Janitorial Services

The City of Kodiak is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or companies to provide janitorial services for the Kodiak Police Station, the Kodiak Public Library, the Teen Center, the Ice Rink, Public Works and Kodiak Harbor facilities. Contractors will comply with all applicable federal and state labor, wage and hour, and associated safety laws which have bearing on the services provided. The selected contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and supplies needed to perform the work described in the RFP. Sealed proposals must be received in the Office of the City Manager, Room 114, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until Tuesday, May 14, 2024 by 3:00 pm Alaska Time.
