Morris, NY 14510. This project generally consists of construction of a new aboveground storage tank fuel facility, including two 12,000-gallon tanks with stairway and walkway assembly; a remote fueling island with canopy; installing two new dispensers and a card reader; electronic level leak monitoring system; site, grading, and drainage work; electrical power and control systems; removal of two existing underground storage tanks; and demolition of the existing

fueling island. Sealed proposals for the construction of Hampton’s Corners Fuel Facility Replacement contract will be received by the Office of the County Administrator, 6 Court Street, Room 302, Geneseo, New York 14454 until 11 00 AM local time on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read in Room 205 of the Livingston County Government Center. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope and shall clearly be marked “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” and “HAMPTON’S CORNERS FUEL FACILITY REPLACEMENT”.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Highway Department and site walkthrough has been scheduled for March 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM in order to review the specific requirements of this contract. Contract Plans and Documents may be viewed and downloaded on or after March 18, 2024 by registering with Bid Net Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com. Within thirty (30) days after the date of the contract award, bidding documents in good condition may be returned to C&S Engineers, for a return of the deposit paid per the terms and conditions of New York State General Municipal Law §102.
